NextBite started in a small kitchen in Makati in 2016. Our founder, Chef Renzo Dela Cruz, wanted to prove that Filipino flavors — the chili heat, the sour-salty tang, the smoky char — could stand tall on any table in the world.
Eight years and three locations later, we haven't changed our mission: cook food that makes you close your eyes on the first bite. Every dish on our menu is a love letter to Filipino street food, elevated.
